Giant Rooks sind eine deutsche Indie-Pop-Band aus Hamm, die 2014 gegründet wurde. 2016 gewannen sie den vom NRW KULTURsekretariat gestifteten popNRW-Preis in der Kategorie Newcomer.

Geschichte
Die Band wurde 2014 gegründet und veröffentlichte Ende 2015 ihre erste EP The Times Are Bursting the Lines. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ging ein Teil der Bandmitglieder noch zur Schule. 2016 war sie als Vorband mit Razz, Kraftklub, Von Wegen Lisbeth und The Temper Trap auf Tour und spielte im Sommer auf einigen Festivals.
