Kygo (* 1991 in Bergen; bürgerlicher Name Kyree Gørvell-Dahll) ist ein norwegischer DJ und Musikproduzent aus Bergen, der für seinen Tropical-House-Stil bekannt ist.

Kygo begann mit sechs Jahren mit dem Klavierspielen und nahm zehn Jahre Unterricht auf dem Instrument. Mit 19 Jahren begann er dann, eigene elektronische Musik zu produzieren. Er bekam erstmals 2013 größere Aufmerksamkeit durch seine unautorisierten Mixe (Bootlegs), die er auf seiner Soundcloud-Seite veröffentlichte, darunter Songs von Rihanna, Passenger und Ellie Goulding.
