Vitalic (geboren 1976 als Pascal Arbez) ist ein Künstler des electronic-Genres. Er wurde in Frankreich geboren und ist italienischer Abstammung.

Seine ersten Singles wurden in 1996 and 1997 veröffentlicht, beschränkten sich jedoch auf die underground electronic Musikszene. Er wurde ein guter Freund von Michel Amato, a.k.a. The Hacker, den er im Rex, dem "Techno Tempel" von Laurent Garnier, kennenlernte. The Hacker schlug im vor, seine neuen Tracks zu DJ Hell, Kopf von Gigolo records in München, zu senden.
