Cruachan ist eine Band aus Dublin.
Cruachan spielen modernen Rock und Metal, gemischt mit traditioneller irischer Musik. Die Band verwendet dabei verschiedene, auch unkonventionelle Elemente, die auch bei Live-Auftritten zum Einsatz kommen.
Cruachan wurde 1992 von Keith Fay als Nachfolgeband von "Minas Tirith" gegründet.
Ursprünglich war die Musik von Cruachan vom Black Metal beeinflusst, mittlerweile spielt die Band einen mehr konventionellen Metal-Stil. Read more on Last.fm
