Felt war eine englische Postpunk Band aus Birmingham.

Bandgeschichte

Felt wurde 1979 von Lawrence Hayward zunächst als Soloprojekt gegründet, um seine selbst aufgenommene und produzierte Single Index zu veröffentlichen. Da die Single ein Achtungserfolg wurde, beschloss Hayward 1980 die Gründung einer Band und nahm Maurice Deebank an der Lead-Gitarre und Nick Gilbert am Schlagzeug als Bandmitglieder auf.
