Paul van Dyk (* 16. Dezember 1971 in Eisenhüttenstadt; eigentlich Matthias Paul) ist ein bekannter DJ und Musiker.

Leben

Paul van Dyk (oft mit PvD abgekürzt) wuchs in Ost-Berlin auf. Ursprünglich hatte er eine Lehre als Nachrichtentechniker und Tischler gemacht, aber schon früh wandte er sich der Musik zu. Er begann im März 1991 seine Karriere als DJ im Technoclub Tresor. 1992 nahm er zusammen mit Cosmic Baby als Visions of Shiva seine erste Platte Perfect Day auf. Read more on Last.fm
