National Health war eine Progressive Rock-Band, die der Canterbury-Szene zugerechnet wird. In der ursprünglichen Formation von 1975 bestand sie aus den Keyboardern Dave Stewart (siehe Dave Stewart & Barbara Gaskin) (zuvor Hatfield and the North) und Alan Gowen (Gilgamesh), den Gitarristen Phil Miller und Phil Lee, dem Bassisten Mont Campbell und dem Schlagzeuger Bill Bruford. Bruford wurde bald durch Pip Pyle abgelöst; Campbell wurde durch Neil Murray und später John Greaves abgelöst. Read more on Last.fm
