MGMT (abgekürzt für Management) ist eine US-amerikanische Indietronicband aus New York. Sie wurde 2002 gegründet und besteht aus den beiden Musikern Andrew VanWyngarden und Ben Goldwasser.

Bandgeschichte
VanWyngarden und Goldwasser lernten sich auf der Wesleyan University in Connecticut beim Studium experimenteller Musik kennen und begannen, ihre gemeinsamen Vorstellungen zusammen in Kurzauftritten vor studentischem Publikum umzusetzen.
