Quiet Riot war eine US-amerikanische Hard-Rock-Band aus Los Angeles, Kalifornien, die in den 1980er Jahren ihre größten Erfolge feierte. Sie waren die erste Hard-Rock-Band, die in den USA ein Nummer-1-Album hatten.

Geschichte

Quiet Riot wird 1975 von Gitarrist Randy Rhoads und Sänger Kevin DuBrow ins Leben gerufen. Zur ursprünglichen Besetzung gehören außerdem Kelli Garni und Schlagzeuger Drew Forsyth. Den Namen Quiet Riot verpasst ihnen Status-Quo-Gitarrist Rick Parfitt. Read more on Last.fm
