Midnight Choir wurde 1992 in Oslo (Norwegen) als The Hashbrowns von Al DeLoner (eigentlich Atle Byström) (Gitarre, Piano, etc.), Paal Flaata (Gesang/Gitarre) und Ron Olsen (eigentlich Ronny Byström) (Bass) gegründet.
