Kylesa ist eine US-amerikanische Sludge Band.

Die Band wurde Ende 2000/ Anfang 2001 in Savannah (Georgia) von Gitarrist und Sänger Philipp Cope, Bassist Brian Duke und Schlagzeuger Christian Depken gegründet, die zuvor in der Crustcore-Band Damad gespielt hatten. Depken wurde bereits nach kurzer Zeit durch Brandon Baltzley ersetzt, das erste Line-up war Anfang 2001 mit Sängerin und Gitarristin Laura Pleasants vervollständigt.
