Angie Stone (eigentlich Angela Laverne Brown, * 1961 in Columbia, South Carolina) ist eine amerikanische Hip-Hop-, R'n'B- und Soul-Sängerin.

Bekanntheit erlangte Stone erstmals in den frühen 80er Jahren als Mitglied der Hip-Hop-Gruppe The Sequence. Die Band galt als eine der ersten weiblichen Gruppen ihres Genres und konnte 1980 mit "Funk You Up" einen Hit landen. Später schloss sich Angie Stone dem R&B-Trio Vertical Hold an.
