Carissa's Wierd war eine Indie-Rock Band aus Seattle, die 1995 gegründet und Ende 2003 aufgelöst wurde. Der Sound der Band wurde als "chamber rock" beschrieben. Der Gesang, bereitgestellt durch Mat Brooke und Jenn Ghetto, wurde meistens sehr leise gehalten und konnte deswegene oft nicht richtig verstanden werden.

Das Wort "Weird" wurde außerdem in ihrem Namen bewusst falsch geschrieben.
