Die Band wurde 1976 von den Multiinstrumentalisten Charles Bullen (Schlagzeug, Keyboards, Gesang, Bänder) , Charles Hayward (Schlagzeug, Keyboards, Gesang, Bänder) und Gareth Williams (Keyboard , Gitarre, Bass, Gesang, Bänder).
