MFSB (Abkürzung für Mother, Father, Sister, Brother) war ein loser Zusammenschluss mehrerer Studiomusiker, die zunächst zahlreiche Phillysound-Musiker begleiteten und später erfolgreich eigene Alben veröffentlichten. Stilistisch prägend waren die wuchtigen und opulenten Streicher- und Horneinlagen.
