Adam Devlin (Gitarre), Mark Morriss (Gitarre/Gesang), Scott Morriss (Bass/Gesang), Eds Chesters (Drums) und seit 1999 Richard Payne (Keyboards) gründeten die englische Band "The Bluetones" 1994 im Londoner Hounslow. Aus einem Mix von Oasis und The Stone Roses waren sie zunächst unter dem Namen "The Bottlegarden" unterwegs.
Mit ihrer ersten kommerziell erfolgreichen Single "Are you blue or are you blind?" etablierten sie sich schnell im Mainstream des Britpop. Read more on Last.fm
