Don Caballero ist eine Instrumentalband aus Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania/USA, benannt nach einem Charakter aus der Sketch-Comedy "Second City Television". Gegründet 1991, veröffentlichte die Band fünf Alben auf Touch&Go Records und löste sich 2000 auf. 2003 rekrutierte Drummer Damon Che neue Mitmusiker, seitdem sind 2 Alben auf Relapse Records erschienen, auf denen erstmals auch (wenig) Gesang zu hören ist.
