Melba Moore (eigentlich Melba Hill, * 29. Oktober 1945 in New York City) ist eine US-amerikanische R&B-Sängerin und Schauspielerin.

Moores Karriere begann 1967 mit der Rolle der Sheila in der Off-Broadway- und ab 1968 Broadway-Produktion des Musicals Hair. 1970 gewann sie einen Tony Award als „Beste Nebendarstellerin in einem Musical“ für ihre Rolle der Lutiebelle Gussie Mae Jankins in Purlie. 1978 trat sie neben Eartha Kitt als Marsinah in Timbuktu! auf.
