Sandy Denny, eigentlich Alexandra Elene MacLean Denny (* 6. Januar 1947; † 21. April 1978). Britische Sängerin und Songschreiberin. Sie war Mitglied bei Fairport Convention und Fotheringay und sang auch zusammen mit Led Zeppelin und den Strawbs.

Sandy Dennys Musik reicht von britisch-keltischer Volksmusik über den Folkrock der 1960er und 1970er Jahre bis zu sehr eindringlichen Eigenkompositionen mit teilweise klassischem Einfluss. Sie selbst spielt dabei Klavier oder Gitarre. Read more on Last.fm
