Thelma Houston (* 7. Mai 1946 in Leland, Mississippi) ist eine US-amerikanische R&B- und Disco-Sängerin und gelegentliche Schauspielerin.

Sie ist entgegen mancher Quellen nicht verwandt mit Whitney Houston. Thelma Houstons berühmtester Hit Don't Leave Me This Way war Anfang 1977 ein Nummer eins Hit in den amerikanischen Pop- und R&B-Charts.
