Better Than Ezra ist eine Alternative-Rock-Band aus New Orleans (USA). Die Band wurde 1987 von Kevin Griffin, während er und die anderen Band Mitglieder an der Louisiana State University studierten, gegründet.

Better Than Ezra veröffentlichten 1989 ihr Debüt. Nachdem Gitarrist Joel Rundell ein Jahr später starb, machte die Band zunächst eine jahrelange Pause und machte dann als Trio weiter. Der Band gelang mit "Deluxe" und der daraus ausgekoppelten Single "Good" ein Überraschungserfolg. Read more on Last.fm
