Joe Jackson, geboren am 11. August 1954 in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, Großbritannien ist ein englischer Musiker. Er lebt heute abwechselnd in Portsmouth, New York City und Berlin.

Joe Jackson (eigentlich David Ian Jackson) entstammt einem eher proletarischen Elternhaus und verlebt eine nicht unproblematische Kindheit (Asthma, fehlende soziale Bindungen). Nachdem er mit 14 Jahren durch eine Beethoven-Aufnahme die Musik entdeckt, lernt er zunächst Geige. Read more on Last.fm
