Thomas Edward Yorke wurde als Leadsänger der 1986 gegründeten Band "Radiohead" bekannt. Im Juli 2006 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Soloalbum mit dem Titel "The Eraser".

Yorkes Musikkarriere begann bereits mit zehn Jahren. Durch "Radiohead" und den Song "Creep" wurde er berühmt. Dazu wirkte er bei verschiedenen Musikprojekten mit und unterstützte, mit seiner markanten Stimme Bands und Interpreten wie UNKLE ("Rabbit In Your Headlights"), Björk (Selmas Songs, Surrounded), PJ Harvey, Sparklehorse oder Modeselektor ("The White Flash").
