Lighthouse Family war ein britisches Northern-Soul-Duo von Mitte der 1990er-Jahre bis in die frühen 2000er-Jahre.

Der in Großbritannien geborene nigerianische Sänger Tunde Baiyewu und der Londoner Keyboardmusiker Paul Tucker gründeten die Band 1993 in Newcastle upon Tyne (England) nach einem College-Besuch.

Vom Debüt-Album von 1995 Ocean Drive wurden allein in Großbritannien mehr als 1,6 Millionen Exemplare verkauft. Lighthouse Family wurden damit zu populären Vertretern des Easy Listening in ganz Europa. Read more on Last.fm
