Michael Monroe, geboren Matti Antero Kristian Fagerholm, (* 17. Juni 1962 in Helsinki) ist ein finnischer Rockmusiker und bekannt als Sänger der Gruppe Hanoi Rocks. Als seine Markenzeichen gelten blondierte Haare, feminines Makeup und modische Outfits.
