Alvin Lee (* 19. Dezember 1944 in Nottingham, Großbritannien † 06. März 2013) galt um 1970 als der schnellste Bluesgitarrist der Welt und ist bis heute einer der größten dieses Genres.

Biografie

Im Alter von 12 Jahren begann er damit, Klarinette zu spielen, wechselte aber ein Jahr später zur Gitarre. Seine Eltern traten gelegentlich zusammen mit seiner Schwester als Country-Gitarrentrio auf.
