Visage war eine New-Wave-Band aus dem New-Romantic-Umfeld, die vor allem durch ihren Welthit „Fade To Grey“ bekannt wurde.

Bandgeschichte

Die Band wurde 1978 in dem Londoner Nachtclub "Billy's" von Midge Ure, Steve Strange und DJ Rusty Egan gegründet. Als Trio nahmen sie zunächst ein Demo auf, das u.a. eine Cover-Version des Titels In The Year 2525 von Zager & Evans enthielt.
