Bill Whelan (born 22nd May 1950 in Limerick, Irland) is an irish composer. When he was 4 years old, Bill already began junior studies at Presentation Convent School in Limerick. In 1968, Bill moved to Dublin where he began studies for a legal degree at University College. He already had one of his instrumental pieces chosen as the theme music for a Richard Harris film "Bloomfield" starring Harris and Romy Schneider. In the 70s he began a working relationship with Kate Bush. Read more on Last.fm
