Reef war eine englische Rockband aus Butleigh. Sie bestand aus Gary Stringer (Gesang), Kenwyn House (Gitarre), Dominic Greensmith (Schlagzeug) und Jack Bessant (Bass).

Biografie

Jack Bessant und Gary Stringer gründeten die Band in Street, nahe Glastonbury. Kurze Zeit später zog das Duo nach Cornwall und fanden dort einen Drummer und einen Gitarristen, aber es lief nicht gut und so zogen sie kurze Zeit später nach London, wo sie ihren neuen Drummer Dominic Greensmith trafen und beschlossen die Band Reef zu gründen.
