U96 bestand ursprünglich aus Alex Christensen und dem Produzententeam Matiz (Harry Castioni, Ingo Hauss und Helmut Hoinkis). Öffentlich trat bis 2014 nur Alex Christensen in Erscheinung. Seit 2014 besteht U96 nur noch aus Harry Castioni und Ingo Hauss.
