The Willard Grant Conspiracy (WGC) ist ein 1995 begonnenes Musikprojekt um den Sänger und Songschreiber Robert Fisher. Die Band stammt ursprünglich aus Boston, ist inzwischen aber in Palmdale, in der kalifornischen Wüste angesiedelt. Ihre Musik ist eine Art düsterer Folk-Rock; die Texte drehen sich oft um Einsamkeit und Verzweiflung sowie um das Leben auf dem Land. Die Band kann dem Genre Alternative Country zugeordnet werden.
