Late of the Pier sind eine englische Synthie-Pop-/Dance-Punk-Band aus Castle Donington, die 2001 von Samuel Eastgate, Andrew Faley, Sam Potter und Ross Dawson gegründet wurde. Sie haben bis heute fünf Singles veröffentlicht, ihr Debütalbum Fantasy Black Channel erschien am 11. August 2008 bei Parlophone Records. Ihr Stil wird oft mit Künstlern wie Gary Numan, Brian Eno, Frank Zappa, Stephen Dubrich und zeitgenössischen Künstlern wie Metronomy und den Klaxons verglichen, vor allem wegen der Verwendung von Synthesizern und ihres Pop-Stils.
