Die Climax Chicago Blues Band ist eine britische Bluesrock-Band, die 1969 in Stafford, England, gegründet wurde. Die ursprünglichen Bandmitglieder waren Colin Cooper (Gesang/Saxophon/Mundharmonika), Derek Holt (Gitarre), Peter Haycock (Gitarre), Arthur Wood (Keyboards), Richard Jones (Bass) und George Newsome (Schlagzeug). Bald wechselte Derek Holt an den Bass, die Band wurde zum Quintett.

Im Laufe der Zeit gab es etliche weitere Umbesetzungen (beispielsweise übernahm John Cuffley das Schlagzeug, Anton Farmer die Keyboards). Read more on Last.fm
