Samantha Mumba (* 18. Januar 1983 in Drumcondra/Dublin) ist eine irische Schauspielerin, Sängerin und Fotomodell. Sie gilt als europäische Version eines "R&B-Sternchens".

Geboren wurde Samantha Mumba 1983 bei Dublin als Tochter einer irischen Aer Lingus-Stewardess und eines Luftfahrtechnikers aus Sambia. Ihre Schulzeit verbrachte sie im Alter von drei bis 15 an der Billie Barry Stage School in Dublin.

1998 wurde sie für die Hauptrolle in The Hot Mikado gecastet, einer Jazz-Interpretation von Gilbert und Sullivans Oper. Read more on Last.fm
