Neil Leslie Diamond (* 24. Januar 1941 in Brooklyn, New York) ist ein amerikanischer Sänger und Songwriter.


In einigen Quellen wird angegeben, Neil Diamonds richtiger Name sei Noah Kaminsky. In der Tat handelt es sich dabei aber um einen Künstlernamen, den er zu Beginn seiner Karriere überlegte anzunehmen, um seine jüdische Herkunft zu unterstreichen. Ein weiteres Pseudonym, das er erwog, war Eyce Cherry. Letztlich blieb er auch auf der Bühne bei seinem bürgerlichen Namen: Neil Diamond. Read more on Last.fm
