Limp Bizkit (auf deutsch "schlaffer Keks") ist eine US-amerikanische Nu-Metal-Band. Sie ist eine der kommerziell erfolgreichsten Bands des Crossover.

Die Band wurde 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida, Vereinigte Staaten gegründet. Damals hatte die Band erst drei Mitglieder: Frontmann Fred Durst, sein Freund und Bassist Sam Rivers und Rivers Cousin John Otto am Schlagzeug.
