The Boo Radleys ist eine britsche alternative Rockband aus Wallasey/England.
Sänger/Gitarrist Sice, Gitarrist und Songwriter Martin Carr, Bassist Timothy Brown und Drummer Steve Hewitt (später Rob Cieka) gründeten die Band 1988, deren Namen an eine Figur des Harper Lee Romans "To kill a mockinbird" angelehnt ist.
Mit prägnanten Einflüssen von My Bloody Valentine und Dinosaur Jr. werden die Anfänge der "Boo" dem Shoegaze zugeordnet, bis sie in fortgeschrittenen Jahren eher zum Mainstream des BritPop zählen Read more on Last.fm
