Die Scorpions sind eine deutsche Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Band aus Hannover. Die erfolgreichste Besetzung der Scorpions waren Francis Buchholz (Bass), Klaus Meine (Gesang), Matthias Jabs (Gitarre), Rudolf Schenker (Gitarre) und Herman Rarebell (Schlagzeug). In dieser Besetzung veröffentlichen sie Hits wie „Blackout“, „Still Loving You“, „No One Like You“ oder „Rock You Like A Hurricane“ , die international bis heute zu den Rockklassikern gezählt werden. In Deutschland wird der Sound der Band oft auf ihre Ballade „Wind of Change“ reduziert.
