Lostprophets war eine walisische Rockband. Sie wurde 1997 gegründet und gab am 01.10.2013 ihre Auflösung bekannt.

Gegründet wurden Lostprophets 1997 in Pontypridd nahe der walisischen Hauptstadt Cardiff mit dem Sänger Ian Watkins und den Gitarristen Mike Lewis, Lee Gaze und Mike Chiplin, der später zum Drummer wurde. Sie waren bedeutender Bestandteil der gerade aufkommenden südwaliser Hardcore-Szene und begannen ihre Karriere mit zahlreichen Festival-Auftritten. Read more on Last.fm
