Trivium ist eine US-amerikanische Metal-Band aus Orlando, Florida. Die Band wurde im Jahr 1999 gegründet und steht bei Roadrunner Records unter Vertrag. Trivium haben bis heute sieben Studioalben veröffentlicht. Der Begriff „Trivium“ (lat. für drei Wege) bezeichnet die Verbindung zwischen den drei sprachlichen Fächern der freien Künste: Grammatik, Rhetorik und Logik.
